The Steak Knife Restaurant & Lounge is the only steakhouse in the Smithville area. We specialize in USDA Choice steaks from
Paradise Locker Meats in Trimble, Missouri.

All of our entrees are fresh, never frozen. We grind our own hamburger and even hand cut and batter our onion rings, chicken strips, pork tenderloins and more. But we are more than just amazing steaks. Our many signature items such as the SK Burger,  Chicken Cordon Bleu,
Stuffed Pork Chop and others have garnered quite a following, as well as local recognition.
